Gestalt-oriented support for personal growth

What my work is about

I support adults who function well in everyday life, yet feel stuck emotionally, in relationships, or in recurring life patterns.

My work is for people who want to better understand themselves: their emotions, inner dynamics, and the patterns that shape their present experience.

Many of my clients experience inner blocks, self-worth issues, or recurring relationship patterns – without fully understanding why.

The focus is not only on what is difficult right now, but also why it feels this way – and how you can reconnect with yourself.

I work in a gestalt-oriented, relational and development-focused way.

This means: we explore together how your current patterns developed – and what you need in the present to grow internally.

Our work focuses on helping you become more aware of your emotions, understand yourself more deeply, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Together, we explore for example:

  • how early relational experiences still influence you today
  • how self-worth, shame, and protective patterns developed
  • which patterns shape your life and relationships
  • how you can develop more emotional clarity, presence, and self-connection

Elements of inner child work are naturally included – for example in understanding early needs, old coping mechanisms, and building self-compassion.

This work may be right for you if you:

  • are generally stable in life but feel stuck internally
  • don’t want to just “function”, but want to understand yourself more deeply
  • are curious about the connection between past experiences and your present
  • want to deepen your emotional awareness
  • long for more authenticity, vitality, and clarity – within yourself and in relationships

Areas of special focus

-Working with teachers

Through many years of professional experience in the school context – particularly within the Berlin school system – I am very familiar with the complex demands and pressures of this field.

I support teachers who feel caught between high expectations, increasing responsibility, and emotional strain.

Topics such as overload, lack of recognition, challenging work with parents, diverse classroom dynamics, and feeling unheard often play a role.

-Working with people with a Balkan background

Another focus of my work is supporting individuals with a Balkan background.

I am familiar with the cultural patterns and family dynamics that often shape these

biographies, including:

  •  a strong sense of responsibility towards family
  •  high expectations and pressure to adapt
  •  difficulty expressing personal needs
  •  emotional restraint
  •  the importance of social perception (“what will others think?”)
  •  family roles and intergenerational dynamics

These patterns can later show up as inner pressure, guilt, self-doubt, or relationship difficulties.

Framework & setting

The success of this work depends largely on whether the collaboration feels right for you.

That’s why I offer a free initial consultation to get to know each other and see if my approach suits you.

I work online and location-independent.

All services are self-funded.
